Coordinate operate with state of the art equipment, including Topcon GPT-7005 Total Stations. These instruments offer a versatile, accurate all-in-one non-prism total station that mounts a Windows®CE.NetTM based data collection function.
Topographical Land Surveys
All of the land surveys are carried out using Topcon GPT-7005 Total Stations. Surveys are downloaded to our P.C. and are processed using Carlson Survey 2006 software.
This software includes a range of applications, such as contouring, volume calculations (cut and fill) and profiling.
Infrastructure Surveys
Coordinate offers full, detailed surveys of infrastructure, such as foul and storm drainage systems. The collected data can be used for design, for as-constructed record drawings or for modelling of large sewer systems.
In addition to topographical surveys, Coordinate offers a full engineering survey of civil engineering infrastructure – e.g. Water and Wastewater Treatment Works, Pumping Stations. Detailed drawings of existing sites can be produced in AutoCad format to assist designers and contractors with proposed schemes.

Road Reinstatement Investigation (Coring)
For all infrastructure projects which involve excavation of the public highway, we offer coring of road reinstatement with associated reports.
Building Surveys
Layout and elevation surveys are carried out using steel tapes, laser tapes and reflector-less total stations. Completed surveys will be drawn up in AutoCad format which will enable architects/engineers to proceed with the design process.
